ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

All the above candidates are required to report to Dr. M.Ravindar Reddy (Cell No. 094901 65349), Head, School of Management in MBA Lecture Hall of the Institute for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at 9.00 AM on Wednesday, 4th May 2011. Provisional list of selected candidates will be displayed after 5.00PM on the same day.
This PROVISIONAL SELECTION is subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions prescribed for the course in Brochure.

All the provisionally selected candidates are required to report to the undersigned in the MBA Lecture Hall of the Institute for admission at 10:00Am on May 5th,2011.
The candidate should produce the following certificates/documents in Original and two sets of photocopies duly attested at the time of admission along with Six passport size photographs taken not earlier than January 2011.
• Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.
• Memorandum of marks of all years of the qualifying examination.
• S.S.C. Memo
• Intermediate Memo
• Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• CAT / JMET / MAT score card
• Medical Fitness Certificate – issued by Medical Officer in the prescribed format
• Migration Certificate.
• Community certificate and Income Certificate issued by competent authority in the case of OBC candidates, if admission is claimed against reserved category. Without this candidates will not be admitted in the reserved category.
Integrated Community Certificate - issued by the competent authority, in the case of SC/ST candidates only if admission is claimed against the reserved seat. Without this, candidates will not be admitted in the reserved category.
Certificate for Physically Challenged - issued by Medical Council, if applicable

(The candidates whose results are awaited have to submit the original Marks Sheets, T.C., etc. at the time of registration failing which the offer of seat stands cancelled)

The candidate has to pay the Fees as given below immediately at the time of admission, failing which the offer of the seat will stand cancelled. No excuses and no requests will be entertained in this regard.
